What We Do

Panel Upgrades & Circuit Breaker Service

Your panel was sized for the way people used electricity when it was installed. EV chargers, induction ranges, heat pumps, and finished basements have a way of outgrowing it. We upgrade and service panels so there's capacity for how you live now — with headroom for what's next.

  • Permits & utility coordinationPermit, inspection, and utility disconnect/reconnect handled.

Good to Know

Before You Book

Signs your panel is due: breakers that trip regularly, a panel with no open slots, a fuse box, warmth or buzzing at the panel, or a big new load on the horizon like an EV charger or heat pump. An inspection can tell you whether you need a full upgrade or just breaker work.

Most single-panel replacements are completed in a day once the permit is in place, with power off only during the changeover. We coordinate the permit, the utility, and the final inspection — you don't have to manage any of it.

FAQ

Panel Upgrades & Breakers — Common Questions

How do I know if my panel needs upgrading?

Frequent breaker trips, no open slots for new circuits, a legacy fuse box, or plans for a major new load — an EV charger, heat pump, or big remodel — are the usual reasons. An inspection gives you a definitive answer.

How long does a panel upgrade take?

Most single-panel replacements are completed in a day once the permit is in place. Power is off during the changeover, and we coordinate the utility disconnect and reconnect for you.

Can you just add a circuit instead of a full upgrade?

Often, yes. If your panel has capacity and open slots, adding a circuit is a much smaller job. We'll run the load calculation and tell you honestly which one you actually need.
