Will you fix what you find?
Yes — that's the point. Most findings are routine repairs we can schedule right away, and you get a written, prioritized list either way, so you can fix everything, fix the safety items only, or price the rest into the sale.
Is this the same as the buyer's home inspection?
No. A general home inspector covers the whole house at survey depth; we're licensed electricians looking only at the electrical system, at repair depth. The goal is that when the buyer's inspector arrives, the electrical section of their report is boring.
